The problem of proper cooling is one of the biggest and in Oranfresh machines - Or 130 and OR 70. This is because the production uses low quality chillers. Chinese (probably) units are partially made of a material susceptible to corrosion. As a result, after about a year, the temperature in the machines slowly begins to grow, the fruit often rots, you lose customers. As previously Oranfresh doesn't feel responsible. Repair of one unit will cost about 150-200 euros. In addition, the machine can't work at that time, and all the fruit must be removed.

Unsecured LCD display

One of unsatisfied (probably because of juice temperature - look cooling problem) client broke the LCD panel. There is no additional glass to protect this very sensitive LCD display. Dear Oranfresh, if you made main window using armored glass, why didn't you secure LCD too?

Epic failure of the squeezing pot

 

 

 

 

Squezing pot is one of the weakest parts of Oranfresh system. The glide is poorly designed and halves of the orange get stuck. You would think it is nothing and all you have to do is spend 30 minutes digging out little pieces of hard pressed oranges against the plastic parts.

But no! there is more. The cylinder and slide break. So you have sharp pieces in between as well as having to spend 150 euro for replacement. Of course there is no internet store to order from.

Flood the fans with water!

 

For some reason the water does not flow down in the cooling unit. Water floods the fans, when running water scatter all over the machine.

Of course, the reason is simple, and the issue is in the design of the cooling system (drainpipe). Repair is difficult and costly, and of course it's not Oranfresh responsibility.
